Grovie Ventures was founded by two seasoned professionals who bring together decades of engineering, EHS, and business leadership experience across multinational organisations.
Thilanga Adas
Co-Founder
Chemical and Process Engineer from the University of Moratuwa and an MBA graduate from the University of Wales. Thilanga is a seasoned EHS professional with extensive experience at leading multinational organisations including GlaxoSmithKline and Michelin.
Pasan Madura
Co-Founder
Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from the University of Auckland with extensive experience in business management and engineering across diverse industries and markets.
